What we collect
We collect the information needed to run our website, respond to enquiries, manage subscriptions, and deliver creative work. We do not sell personal information or buy data from third-party brokers.
Information you give us directly
- Contact details, name, email, company, anything you put in the contact form or send by email.
- Subscription details, billing email, plan, payment method (handled by our payment processor; we don't see card numbers).
- Project briefs, anything you upload or write in Que so we can do the design work.
- Newsletter sign-ups, just your email if you subscribed to Blogs.

- Basic website analytics, such as page views, approximate location, browser, and device type.
- Technical logs, such as IP address and request timestamps, used for security, reliability, and debugging.
How we use it
We use personal information only for clear business purposes connected to your relationship with PitchWorx.

- To run the design work you've subscribed to.
- To send marketing updates only when you've chosen to receive them.
- To take payment and send invoices.
- To keep the dashboard, this site, and our tools secure.
- To improve the service, generally based on aggregate, non-identifying patterns.
We don't sell data. We don't rent data. We don't hand data to ad networks. We don't profile you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide ongoing services, or to meet legal and accounting obligations.
- Account and project information while your account or client relationship remains active.
- Invoices and transaction records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Project files for delivery, support, and reasonable continuity after a project or subscription ends.
- Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
- Technical logs for a limited period based on security and operational needs.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information.
- Tell you exactly what we hold about you.
