Creative Assist is one monthly plan for everyday design work. You submit requests through Que, keep 2 active requests in progress at a time, and receive AI-led work refined by PitchWorx designers. Once one request is completed, you can start the next.
02What does "2 active requests" mean?
It means we work with up to 2 requests in progress at the same time. Once one is completed or closed, you can submit another request. This keeps the workflow focused, clear, and easier to manage.
03How fast is the turnaround?
Most requests are delivered within 72 hours, depending on complexity, scope, and active queue. Larger work like websites, motion, reports, or brand systems may need more time.
04Who actually does the design work?
The first version is AI-led for speed. Then PitchWorx designers review, refine, and polish the work before delivery. So you get faster production without losing human judgment, brand fit, and final quality.
05Do I own the work?
Yes. Once the work is delivered and paid for, the final approved files are yours to use. We also provide editable source files wherever applicable, depending on the format and tools used.
06What if I need something not on the list?
Send it to us. If it fits within Creative Assist, we'll take it up. If it needs extra time, specialists, development, production, or deeper strategy, we'll quote it separately before starting.
07Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract. Creative Assist is a monthly subscription, so you can continue as long as it works for you and cancel when your needs change. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
