Project Manager

As a Project Manager at PitchWorx you will be the engine that keeps creative work moving, owning timelines, communication, and delivery across design projects.

What you will do:

• Own project briefs, timelines, and resourcing from kickoff to delivery
• Be the bridge between clients and the design and content teams
• Keep work on schedule and on quality, flagging risks early
• Use AI tools to streamline planning, status reporting, and documentation
• Keep improving how the team plans and ships work

What we look for:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in project, account, or delivery management, ideally in a creative or agency setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster and smarter is compulsory
• Calm under deadlines and obsessed with follow-through
